The 27 MILES MALIBU STORY:
A picturesque beachfront city in northwestern Los Angeles, 27 Miles refers to the original length of Malibu, California before it was incorporated. The scenic community, which lines the famed Pacific Coast Highway, inspired tis lifestyle collection, which mixes bohemian beachy basics with eclectic, edgy designs.
Ernie & Emily Vallorano alongside with Katharine Marinaro, launched 27 miles malibu in August of 2012. Together the trio have over 30 years experience working in fashion and manufacturing. Recognizing a void in the market, the trend-setting trio set out to design a diverse lifestyle collection for women in search of stylish knits and separates with a modern edge.
The quaint city by the shore does not just function as a muse for the collection, many of the style names pay tribute to iconic locales within Malibu city limits. 27 Miles Malibu’s laid-back lux sensibility blends tones and textures with asymmetrical silhouettes and unexpected details that make the collection distinctive. Each design allows a woman to showcase her unique sense of style, while offering wearable, expertly crafted pieces that transition from season to season.
