Well that was one CRAZY WEEK!  St Louis Fashion Week was once more a smashing success!  As many of you know I am on the board of the Saint Louis Fashion Fund.  We are the organizers of the Caleres Emerging Designer Award, and I happen to be on the committee for the Emerging Designer Competition so although we've been working on this years award since the day after last year's Gala...  This week was the culmination of a lot of hard work on the part of Tania Beasley-Jolly and Susan Sherman and the entire Saint Louis Fashion Fund.  But it was a WHOLE LOTTA FUN TOO!  I mean lets talk about IRIS APFEL!  she could not have been more charming and hilarious and adorable in her orange mongolian lamb coat and HEAPS of turquoise jewelry!  seriously!  and ALIVE magazine and Shannon Lichti did all the production for the show and it was AMAZING!  with record crowds for the runway show and for the Gala!  absolutely fabulous!
